Sto. Nino Mactan Montessori School, Inc. opened its doors to the new batch of Senior High School students for school year 2019-2020. This year is also the official start of the College department offering two degrees: Criminology and Tourism.
The new batch was welcomed with a new building, for the SHS and college department, and new infrastructures. The school also opened new clubs to accommodate the growing diversity of skills and talents that the students of SNMMSI possess. In fact, these new clubs are one of the top high lights that the school presented for the S.Y. 2019-2020.
Some of the new clubs include the Bible Study Club, Toastmaster's, Musician's, First Aid, Drums and Lyre Corp, Majorettes, Visual Arts, and Theater Club. Along with the already pre-existing Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Young Writer's, Cooking and Culinary, Dance, Glee, Readers, and Arts and Crafts Clubs, these clubs aims to develop and further enhance the skills and talents of the students.
Here are an except of what some of the new Senior high students have to say about the school:
"The school is nice, so are the policies and regulations. The environment is clean. Nice way of teaching. The club is very chill and you get to know more about the words of God."
~ Aubrey Quijano, Bible Study Club
"Accommodation of the school is nice. The teachers are accessible. I like the way the school manages the students and how to ready them. The club is fun and can build confidence. It can enhance the ability to communicate with people."
~ Nikka Sorela, Toastmaster's Club
"I'm so happy because the school never let my expectations down. Plus it's a religious school. I didn't also expect that they have such 'club'. It's nice because I can now enhance my singing to be a better singer. They are so welcoming. I feel comfortable going to school everyday."
~ Faith Therese, Glee Club
The school strives to provide the best for the students and will continue doing so for many years to come. Thank you SNMMSI!
